Fellows will receive FHA’s house rules as part of their information email. You are required to read, sign, and return the form to FHA.
Fellows will be held financially responsible for costs related to damage to the flat in cases of negligent or wilful behaviour.
In general, having a car in Oslo has become more and more difficult as there are limited public parking spaces.
The costs of renting a parking space either through FHA, the municipality, or privately, must be covered by the fellows themselves.
In cases of any special needs, temporary parking spaces can be arranged in The Academy’s courtyard during office hours and events. Parking is not possible overnight. Street parking is available close to The Academy’s premises, though very limited and with a charge.
