The Centre is now accepting applications from Norwegian institutions to become CAS partners. Interested institutions must submit their applications by 31 January 2025.

CAS is excited to announce that it has recently partnered with the Young Academy of Norway (AYF) to provide funding for the “Konkurransen unge forskere” (Young Researchers Awards), a national competition for students from age 13-20 in Norway.

For the first time since 1998, the Centre for Advanced Study (CAS) underwent a comprehensive evaluation, initiated by the board of directors.

Last week, CAS had the pleasure of welcoming Professor Claudia Franziska Brühwiler, the academic director of the newly established Institute of Advanced Study at the University of St. Gallen.
