Application Process for Young CAS Grant
SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER & MARCH/APRIL
Call for Applications Announced
We will announce the call for grant applications and make the online application portal at UNIFOR available.
DECEMBER & JUNE
Application Deadline
The deadline for applications is a fleeting date that changes from year to year. It is always set to be a weekday in December and June.
JANUARY & AUGUST
Metting of Selection Commitee
A selection committee comprised of representatives from CAS, our board, and the Young Academy of Norway will evaluate all applications and establish a short list.
FEBRUARY & SEPTEMBER
Final Selection
Based on the assessments from selection committee, the board will elect two PIs to receive the Young CAS Grant (four PIs per academic year).
TWO YEARS WITH CAS
Planning and Meeting
We will help the PIs through the planning of each event in the first year, and for the research stay in the second.
