Dr. Chambru is Assistant Professor in Economics at ENS de Lyon, and his research encompasses a diverse range of economic history from living standards to historical conflict studies. His work has been published in the Economic History Review, the European Review of Economic History, Explorations in Economic History, and perhaps most notably, the American Political Science Review.  He received his PhD from the University of Geneva and was a finalist for the Gino Luzzatto Prize from the European Historical Economics Society.
