This semester's lunch seminar from the CAS project The Body in Translation: Historicising and Reinventing Medical Humanities and Knowledge Translation will be held by Professor Mona Baker from the University of Manchester.

Professor Baker is an internationally recognised translation studies scholar who's current research is focued on building corpora and developing methodologoes for examining the evolution and contestation of concepts across different temporal and cultural spaces, largely through the mediation of translation.

The seminar is intended for CAS fellows and invited guests.
